Learning environment in Ludelo
A supportive learning community is at the heart of Ludelo's work. The aim is to create an environment where children feel confident in using English without pressure to perform. Making mistakes is seen as a natural part of learning, and children are not compared to each other.
The instructors support the children individually and ensure that the atmosphere remains safe and positive. When the child feels accepted and valued, they participate more actively and learning progresses naturally.
