
Ludelo rules
Ludelo aims to be a fun, safe and supportive learning environment where children can learn English through play together. To ensure everyone has a fun and safe time, we follow the following common rules.
If you experience any illegal activity, uncomfortable behavior, or anything that seems strange on Ludelo's service, please report it to Ludelo staff immediately. Instructors are there to help and ensure everyone's safety.

Treat others with respect.
Everyone has the right to feel safe in Ludelo.

In Ludelo, you can practice using English in a relaxed and safe way.

Making fun of someone else's speech is always forbidden.
The gameplay is guided.
Minecraft is a learning environment in Ludelo, not a competition.

We do not demolish other people's structures without permission.

We use Discord correctly
Discord is only used for Ludelo lessons and teaching.

We use appropriate and polite language in voice and text conversations

We do not share personal information (e.g. address)

If you see or experience inappropriate behavior, report it to the instructor immediately.
Safety first
Children's safety is always a priority at Ludelo.

Instructors are always present during classes and supervise activities.

The instructor's instructions are followed.

If anything feels strange, uncomfortable or worrying, tell the instructor immediately.

All problem situations are handled calmly and objectively
Privacy
Ludelo respects everyone's privacy.

We do not record lessons.

We do not take pictures or videos of students or record audio.

The privacy of others is always respected.

Your own or others' personal data is not shared.

Breaking the rules
If the rules are violated, we will act as follows:
The instructor reminds you of the rules
If necessary, discuss the situation with the student who broke the rules.
In serious or repeated situations, parents will be contacted, and in extreme cases, we will remove the student from the course.
The goal is not to punish, but to learn to work together safely and fairly.
