1. Service provider and scope

Ludelo (hereinafter referred to as the “Service” or “Ludelo”) offers guided lessons for children in a digital environment, mainly using the Minecraft game.

These Terms of Use apply to all content, websites, lessons, materials and memberships offered by Ludelo.

The user of the Service is a minor child, but the agreement for the use of the Service is always between the guardian and Ludelo. The guardian is responsible for ensuring that the child uses the Service in accordance with these terms.

2. Service description

Ludelo offers:

• guided and supervised lessons in the Minecraft environment

• teaching and interaction via voice connection on the Discord platform

• course materials, themes and instructions on the Notion platform

• opportunity for guardians to monitor the content of the teaching

The focus of the teaching is on collaboration, problem solving, goal-oriented play, and safe digital interaction.

Ludelo reserves the right to:

• change teaching content

• update the platforms used

• develop the service without separate notice, provided that the changes do not materially impair the Service.

3. Conditions for using the service

Participation in the service requires that:

• the child has their own Minecraft application and the required user account

• The guardian is responsible for the necessary equipment, software and internet connection.

• the child has the opportunity to use Discord during lessons

• the guardian has given explicit consent for the child to participate

Ludelo is not responsible for the activities, availability or terms of third parties (e.g. games, applications or platforms).

4. Membership and formation of the agreement

Ludelo's service is offered as an ongoing monthly membership.

• Membership starts with a 7-day free trial period

• After the trial period, membership automatically continues at €59.90/month.

• Unused hours will not be refunded.

• Membership is valid indefinitely, one month at a time.

The guardian accepts the terms of membership when joining the Service.

5. Maksut ja laskutus

• Payments are charged monthly in advance.

• Payments are processed through a third-party payment service (Stripe)

• Ludelo does not store payment card information.

The guardian is responsible for ensuring that payment information is up to date. If the payment fails, Ludelo reserves the right to suspend use of the Service until payment is made.

6. Right of cancellation and termination of membership

The guardian has the right:

• cancel membership at any time

• cancel during the trial period without charge

Cancellation takes place through the payment service's customer portal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments already charged will not be refunded unless required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
